Enclosures are made from thick CRCA sheets, protected with a seven-tank phosphating process, and powder-coated to prevent corrosion. Copper strips are used for better conductivity and are fitted in steps. Fire-retardant bakelite sheets are fitted at the interior bottom of the chamber and also have high insulation properties.

Embossed earthing terminals are provided on both sides, enhancing safety. Enclosures are fitted to the removable top and bottom gland plates with conduit knockouts, offering sufficient space for different cable-size connections.

The Step type busbar chamber is a critical component in electrical distribution systems, providing a centralized point where multiple electrical circuits can connect, distribute, and manage power within a facility. It houses thick strips of ETP GRADE copper material and is bright nickel plated to efficiently conduct electricity and promote long operational life.
