1.2 International shipping is currently not available.

2.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

3.1 Standard delivery time varies based on location:

  • Metro Cities: 7 days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 7 days
  • Remote Areas: 7 days

3.2 Delivery times are estimated and may be subject to delays due to weather, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Shipping charges vary based on order weight, destination, and delivery speed.
4.2 Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (as per promotional offers).

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
5.2 You can track your shipment on our website or the courier partner’s portal.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

6.1 The courier service will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
6.2 If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or non-availability of the recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

7.1 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, notify us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
7.2 We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
