SELVO 300 Amps 415 Volts Offload Four Pole Knife Type Changeover Switch

SELVO presents the aesthetically designed wide range of KNIFE TYPE OFFLOAD CHANGEOVERS SWITCHES . These are manufactured precisely as per the industry standards so that it operates efficiently and meet expectations . These are used for heavy load requirements . 

The working principle is similar like of general four pole changeovers as discussed above , only the components design is different , the copper contacts are of heavy guage and are in knife shape . It ensures safe and reliable transfer of power from main supply to standby supply such as generators and vice versa using side operated handle . This avoids surges or sparking and ensure continuity of power supply . In the images below it is described about construction part and component used in the manufacturing of these devices .

Enclosures are made from CRCA sheets and are powder coated with Seven tank process for corrosion resistant & attractive finish .Enclosures are available with conduit knockouts for easy wiring

Fire retardant Bakelite sheet are fitted at the interior bottom of enclosure have high mechanical strength and are also used to carry out high insulation properties .

Embossed earthing terminals for ensuring complete earthing & Suitable for surface mounting .

Provision for door interlocking which ensures that the door cannot be open when the switch is in ON position, therefore providing safety to humans.
